CD Migjorn have once again been crowned Menorcan champions, sealing the 2025/26 league title with a 1-0 win over nearest rivals CE Ferreries.
It’s a second title in three years for the green and whites, who also won the league in 2023/24 before securing a historic promotion to play in Tercera Division for the first time ever.
After suffering relegation last year, they will have an opportunity to make an immediate return to the national divisions if they can beat the Ibiza champions in a play-off.
They secured the title with two rounds to spare, holding a 12 point lead over Ferreries, who were the only club who could reach them going in to the weekend’s games.
Migjorn have won 16 and drawn two of their 19 games so far to runaway with the title.
The teams placed second to fifth will also get a chance to enter a promotion play-off, with Ferreries, UD Mahon and CE Alaior guaranteed their spots.
Sporting Mahon currently sit in pole position for the final spot, leading closest rivals CD Menorca by a point but with two games in hand.
